Protein Lunch.
Todays lunch after a wet workout. I’m so proud of myself that I did it, went out for a run in the worst weather possible! Raining like crazy, but when you work out you get wet anyway, so why not?
When I got home, I prepared this wonderful meal. Easy, and filled with protein and good fat sources. (GI)
1 portion.
2 ägg / 2 eggs
1 dl grädde / 1 dl heavy cream
Salt & svartpeppar / Salt & pepper
3 mellan stora champinjoner / 3 medium size mushrooms
1 msk hackad gräslök / 1 tbs chopped chives
1. Sätt ugnen på 200 grader. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
2. Blanda ägg och grädde med lite salt och peppar. Fördela blandningen i en liten ugnsform. Mix the eggs and cream with some salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a small ovenware.
3. Skiva champinjonerna tunt och lägg över. Ställ in i ugnen i cirka 25 minuter. Slice the mushrooms into thin slices and place above the egg mixture. Put in oven for about 25 minutes.
4. Strö över lite hackad gräslök och servera med en god sallad. Sprinkle som chopped chives over the finished omelet and serve with a small salad.
