I’ve been exercising everyday now, sometimes a bigger and harder workout but mainly – exercising daily.
My favorite routine has become a 50/60 min Interval PowerWalk. Start with walking, then start walking faster, then jog, then run, and when you are tired, instead of stopping – do 10 lunges on each leg. (20 total) and then repeat. How long you want to do one, is up to you. I ran while listening to the chorus of every song.
